As more specifically described in the Bid Package, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace existing roof and damaged sheathing, install new mechanical exhaust vents, and abate all mold and pest damage on the interior of the La Colonia Youth Boxing Gym, 520 E. First Street, Oxnard, CA 93030.

The City of Lompoc, California is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the development and ongoing management of River Park Campsites located within River Park. The objective of this project is to enhance recreational opportunities for the community while ensuring the sustainability and environmental integrity of the park. The selected contractor will engage in the design, construction, and management of campgrounds and associated facilities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Removal and replacement of sewer infrastructure and associated site work.

The New Moorpark City Library is proposed as a new 17,500 sf single story building. The project includes all associated site amenities including parking areas, pedestrian access, and landscaping. The scope of construction of the new building includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage systems, site grading, and drainage.

The City of Lompoc scope of work outlines the requirements for the procurement and installation of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and Class 2 base material for the improvement of Ryon Park located in Lompoc, California. The work will consist of site preparation, material supply, placement, and finishing of the concrete surfaces, ensuring compliance with City of Lompoc standards, as well as all relevant state and federal regulations. These specifications represent features best suited to the intended use of the department. Judgment of the exceptions is to rest with City of Lompoc Purchasing.

Removal of existing roofing and replacement in-kind

The project is separated into two phases described as Phase 1 and Phase 2. Work for Phase 1 and Phase 2 are not sequential in project duration. Due to the need for environmental clearance and permits, there is expected to be approximately a one-year gap between phases. Bidders shall bid each phase independent of one other and assume there will be no overlap in work.

PE Bldg Replacement - Pre-Qualified General Contractor Bidding

The Santa Paula Unified School District issues a Request for Qualifications and Proposals to invite contractors to perform construction and preliminary/preconstruction services for the two District projects pursuant to the lease-leaseback delivery method. (Ed. Code, § 17406.) Any contractor that may seek to contract with the District to perform construction services on one or both of these two projects must respond to this RFQ/P.
