As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to replace existing roof and damaged sheathing, install new mechanical exhaust vents, and abate all mold and pest damage on the interior of the La Colonia Youth Boxing Gym, 520 E. First Street, Oxnard, CA 93030.
