New Moorpark City Library
The New Moorpark City Library is proposed as a new 17,500 sf single story building. The project includes all associated site amenities including parking areas, pedestrian access, and landscaping. The scope of construction of the new building includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage systems, site grading, and drainage.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE NEW MOORPARK CITY LIBRARY
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City of Moorpark has determined that all bidders on the New Moorpark City Library (Project”), to be undertaken by the City of Moorpark must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on that project. It is mandatory that all Contractors who intend to submit a bid, fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by City of Moorpark to be on the final qualified Bidders list.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Fully completed questionnaires must be received by 5:30 p.m. local time on March 05, 2025
