The Santa Paula Unified School District issues a Request for Qualifications and Proposals to invite contractors to perform construction and preliminary/preconstruction services for the two District projects pursuant to the lease-leaseback delivery method. (Ed. Code, § 17406.) Any contractor that may seek to contract with the District to perform construction services on one or both of these two projects must respond to this RFQ/P.
