Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Improvement
Remove existing aggregate ballast (approx. 5,150 sq ft) and replace with membrane roof, remove existing built-up roof (approx. 820 sq ft) and replace with steel roof deck including ancillary, build trellis over an existing opening (approx. 92 sq ft), and all ancillary work. Additionally, there are two additive alternate bids. Alternate bid one includes removal and replacement of coping and alternate bid two includes removal and replacement of existing domed skylights and curbs.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting (the “Pre-Bid Meeting”) will be held at the District’s WWTP at 6363 N. Ventura Ave. Ventura, CA 93001 on Thursday, March 20 March 27 at 11:00 a.m. At the Pre-Bid Meeting, Bidders will have the opportunity to visit the Site and ask questions regarding the local conditions, potential construction difficulties and restrictions related to the performance of the Work under the Contract.
