6. My bid is valid for 90 days after the bid due date.

7. I have reviewed Ashwood Construction Inc.’s standard subcontract agreement and tender this quote understanding that it will be used verbatim and without any changes. (Sample copies of the subcontract agreement and insurance requirements are available for review on-line.
